Venue, food, cake, decor, prizes, entertainment. One contact. One invoice. You show up with the kids.
You know how this goes.
You start looking at venues on a Tuesday night. Then it’s caterers, and one of them never replies. Then a cake, then decorations, then loot bags, then somebody to actually entertain the kids, then a group chat with eleven parents who all answer at different times.
Three weeks later you’ve spent more hours on it than the party lasts.
And then on the day, you work. You set up, you serve, you clean, you referee. You spend your own kid’s birthday as staff.
That’s it. That’s the whole offer.
You tell us the date, the age and roughly what you’re picturing. We handle every single thing after that. On the day you arrive with your kid and a bag, and everything is already standing, plugged in, decorated and ready.
Sourced, booked and paid, matched to your headcount and your part of town.
Kid food that kids actually eat, plus something decent for the adults standing around.
Ordered, themed, collected and on the table before you arrive.
Built around whatever your kid is obsessed with this month.
Digital invites with RSVP tracking, so you're not chasing eleven parents.
The full Party Pros show. Games, DJ, prize table, finale.
Sourced, tiered and stocked.
Covered, plus your highlight film.
All of it. You don't stack a chair.

Twenty minutes. The date, the age, the headcount, the vibe, the budget.
2
Venue options, menu, theme, timeline, one number at the bottom.
3
Change whatever you want. Then it's locked and it's ours.
4
With the kids. That's your entire job on the day.
Answer six quick questions and watch your party take shape. No pricing, no account, no pressure. At the end you get a plan and we get enough detail to give you a real quote.
Step 1 of 6
The reason parties go sideways isn’t usually a bad vendor. It’s that there are six of them and nobody’s in charge of the whole thing.
Here there’s one person on the hook for all of it. If the caterer is late, that’s my problem to solve, not yours to discover. You get one number to call and one invoice at the end instead of six.
Almost every party gets filmed properly. Not a phone propped against a fence. Multiple angles, the moments that matter, cut into a professionally edited highlight video of the day. I read the party first, and if it is right and you are happy with it, we film.
Most parents spend a party trying to capture it and end up watching the whole thing through a screen. This way somebody else does that, and you actually get to be there.

“Absolutely amazing! He was on time, professional, and had everything set up perfectly. We had an unexpected last-minute change of location, and he was incredibly understanding and flexible, packed everything up, relocated, and set…”
“We hired DJ Mike for our 5th Anniversary party, and we couldn't have been happier with him! From the very beginning, Mike was incredibly professional. His presentation clearly outlined everything he would be providing for our event…”
Honest version first: the final number depends on venue, headcount and catering, because those three things swing more than everything else combined. These are starting points.
Venue, entertainment, cake, basic decor, setup and teardown.

Booking entertainment only? See boys parties, girls parties or the full game library.
______ is comfortable. Venues are the constraint, not us. Popular weekends and long weekends go early.
Then we plan around it and the price comes down. Same with a cake you love or a caterer you already use. This isn’t all or nothing.
Yes, and we ask about it up front rather than waiting for you to raise it. Send the list with your RSVPs and the menu gets built around it.
You can, but honestly the entertainment is the part that makes the party work. Most people who ask this end up adding it back. Happy to quote it either way.
